Miramar Villas are 2 exclusive apartments located in the very beautiful and renowned West Coast of the island of Barbados, The Gem of Caribbean. It is the ideal destination for those who love the beach, the calm sea, the shopping, the good cuisine, the night life, but also total relaxation or playing golf.
It’s exactly here that you can find the top-class golf courses well known all over the world, a few minutes distance from Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane’s golf courses. The golden sandy beach, only about 200 metres from the apartments, is enchanting and very rich of vegetation with a quiet sea ideal for a swim, water skiing, sailing, and snorkelling or diving.
Only 5 minutes by car, there is Holetown where there are markets, shops with prestigious fashion brands and high level restaurants with local and international cuisine.
The apartment number 4 is on the ground floor with a verandah facing the garden, a big living-room with a big kitchen fully furnished of all accessories like dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, 4 electric burners stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and all necessary items to render the kitchen operative for every need.
The apartment is also furnished with cable, color TV, safe, fast internet connection, radio & CD player, iron, iron board and hairdryer.
The ground floor has 2 big washing-machines and dryers at the complete disposal of our guests for their laundry. It has two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and shower. (For 1/5 people).

Booking, Cancellations and Security Deposit
After the Apartment Confirmation, if you pay through a Bank Wire Transfer, we need to get a copy of the payment. The Bank Transfer order has to be made in USD (US Dollar) in our bank account without any cost to our side and within few days from the confirmation. The balance must be paid strictly at the arrival at the check-in in USD, with the security deposit (against loss, damages or extraordinary cleaning) which is 200 USD for all Apartments except Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay House, Beyond Apartment and Sea-Winds Apartment for which is 400 USD, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. At the end of the stay if there will be noticed damages to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right of asking a compensation or to retain the security deposit.
If you decide to cancel the reservation already confirmed you will have to pay the following penalties: Until 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the total amount. From 59 days to 30 days before the arrival: 90% of the total amount. From 30 days before the arrival onward or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount.
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you can make the payment in this way:
- Wire Bank Transfer
A deposit of the 20% is requested and you can make it into our local bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance must be paid in US dollars in cash at the arrival directly here in Barbados at the check-in. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 300 USD for Miramar Apartments, it is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
