It has a bedroom with two single beds that can be prepared as a king size bed, sheets of good cotton, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser and wardrobe; there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets, Italian coffee maker, american coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; the bathroom has sink, toilet and a large shower. At the entrance of the apartment there is a patio overlooking the garden with table, chairs, umbrella, hammock and garden with lawn on two sides around. There are 110 volt plugs (with the American system) and 220 volt plugs 10/16, Italian, European, schuko and a ceiling fan. If necessary it's possible to add and extra 3rd bed. There are also free of charge the fastest Internet connection on the island with Fiber Optics with 20 MB of speed in download and 5 MB in upload, with Ethernet plugs or wireless (WiFi), water, light, bed linens, bath towels (not beach towels), snorkel gear and boogie boards. In the garden there is an outdoor shower and opposite the entrance a car park reserved for the apartment. We offer to our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment rental such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and Sup with also a kayak, few bicycles and Car Rental. The Apartment is located at 80 meters from the sea and 130 meters far from the Silver Sands Beach.

Sea-view Apartment is located at the ground floor with a wonderful sea-view which gave the specific name to the apartment. There is a wonderful ocean-front garden with lawn, harm chairs, sun bed, hammock and a cover patio with table and chairs from where it's possible to admire the ocean, to have unforgettable breakfast, lunches or dinners open air, from where you can even admire the sea-turtles and sometimes the whales too! It is exposed to the South/South-East and it gets pleasure from a constant breeze. Nearly every day you can admire the small and fast humming-bird which suck the nectar's flowers of the surrounding garden. The apartment is constituted by a living area with fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, a big fridge with freezer, microwave, electric stove with oven, and toaster. There is a double queen sofa-bed which can be used also for 2 more people. The comfortable Bamboo bed-room has a double queen bed (with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a 3rd person), bed side tables, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, safe, window with mosquito screen and an independent spit for a/c. Air Conditioned is available at a supplement per night or per day due to the high cost of energy on the island. The bathroom very recently renewed has hair dryer, toilette, wash basin and shower. A CD, radio player is available which can follow you during your magic holiday. The formula is a studio of approximately 35 square metres with an Italian style kitchen fully furnished with all accessories such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, gas cooker with four burners and electric oven, hood, fridge with freezer, toaster and all the necessary items to have the kitchen operative for every need. 110/220 volt plugs (American, Canadian, English, Italian, German and French sockets) are available.
