The Nikki’s Apartment (garden and countryside view – first floor – 1/4 people) has the entrance with a balcony with a little sea-view, a nice living room with sofa, harmchairs, table and chairs, 32″ Flat Tv, radio, books and games and a big kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items and comforts, gas stove with oven, a big fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. There are 2 double bedrooms with double french beds and ceiling-fans. The bathroom is with toilette, basin and a big shower. A reserved parking area is just in front of the property. Free high-speed wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), water, light, towels and bed linen. Nikki’s Apartment is very new and fully equipped. The apartment is 80 Mts. far from the sea, 160 meters far from Rescue beach, 210 meters far from Silver Sands beach and 520 meters from Silver Rock beach. It’s also 50 meters far from Surfer’s Bay which is Bar and Restaurant, 2.6 Km / 5 minutes far by car from Oistins, (where there is the famous Fish Market, shops, markets, banks gas station etc.) and 5.3 Km / 15 minutes from San Lawrence Gap where the great night life is, with also good restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest bus-stop is 300 metres far from the apartment and there is also a 24 hours/day taxi service. Two small shops/groceries are just 5 minutes by walk.

[:en]Ideal spot for water-sport lovers, or a small family/couple - ideally you will need to rent a car. The apartment is clean and tidy, and well located to the beach. No garden for kids though and steep steps for little ones or elderly guests. There is one local bar/restaurant, however this is good pub, so not much of an issue. Town (Oistins) is a 10 min car/bus ride away and has everything you could need. Stefano is a great host and probably the best non-owner host I have dealt with - really professional and personable.[:]
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
